Executive summary on slide 4 has some revealing stats. For me, the fact that 79% of nonprofit executives have not yet determined the true value of social media is really interesting, though not too surprising. 83% of nonprofit execs get that social media makes it easier for its supporters to organize, but they are not sure how and they are not sure why or how to measure it - I’m really excited about how social media ROI will evolve and how it will integrate traditional communications and web analytics. There are a few front runners in the area of social media ROI but I think everyone is at the starting line and we are not sure how the race will turn out.
